Any recruitment engagement, candidate introduction, fee, responsibility and employment arrangement will be governed by separately agreed terms. For Australian clients, the website currently describes direct-hire recruitment, with the selected candidate employed directly by the client.

Project-support descriptions are indicative. The actual scope, deliverables, assumptions, review responsibilities, systems, timing, fees and limitations must be agreed in writing before work begins. References to contract or commercial support do not mean legal advice.
